As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. The specific job description may vary depending on the industry and company,
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales goals and expand market share.
Target Setting: Set clear sales targets and performance objectives for the sales team, closely monitoring their progress and providing feedback.
Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues.
Sales Process Management: Establish and improve sales processes to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage the sales department budget, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Preferably from Mattress, Artificial Grass, Nonwoven Carpet, Plastic Mats, PVC Leather, Flooring Industry.
Job would entail travelling 20-22 days a month.
Looking for Pan India Sales
Should have experience in (distributor) channel sales, aggressive marketing and payment follow ups required.
