Job Profile


Approaching new clients through multiple sales channels and marketing strategies to develop a long-term business relationship.
Handling existing client accounts as well as developing new clients.
Follow up on new orders and manage existing orders to make sure timely dispatch of materials.
Handling logistics, production, and operations to ensure a smooth supply chain management system.
Coordinating with purchase and sales team to make a purchase order, Performa invoice, sales invoice, and delivery challans.
Handling customer grievances.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

A high level of energy, honesty, commitment, and accountability is essential and required.
A go-getter, who can set targets and work within the parameters of the company to achieve them.
Willing to learn and have a proactive and positive attitude towards different kinds of work.
Good oral and written communication skills and a working knowledge of computers.
