Company Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager in the Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the
salesteamtoachievesalestargetsanddriverevenuegrowthfortheorganization.Yourroleinvolvesoverseeingthe sales
process, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
 Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
2. Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stake holders.
 Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Sales Process Management:
 Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
 Ensure that sales pipe lines are effectively managed and that opportunities are followed
upon promptly.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
 Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and
customer acquisition costs.
 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
5. Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
 Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in
the industry.
 Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and approaches.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
 Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to align
sales efforts with business objectives.
 Communicate sales targets, objectives, and strategies to team members and ensure alignment.
7. Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:
 Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
 Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in the market environment.
